Great concept, but poorly implemented. Held my wife great, but when she tried to use it on me the loops are for small ankles and wrists and it was a tight fit (and I have average size wrists and ankles for a guy.) Worse the stitching did not hold and one of the cuffs tore from the bar. Works great if your intended is weak and small, otherwise not so great.
