This item is advertised as having an ^exquisitely textured sleeve^. I'm not sure what is meant by that, but I found the texture on the inside of the sleeve to be like hard little spikes that hurt so bad I had to remove it as soon as I started using it. If you can rub this up and down on your member, you're a better man than me. The money spent on it was a complete waste as it is impossible to use without considerable pain.
