I've had it in ever since, with the exception of an hour every morning to shower and everything. that was 12-2. I don't have to wear the chastitybelt when he is home although I do because it dosen't want to stay put. It would be much better if it didn't pop out so easy. the size and shape makes it painful if your not very careful.All and all, I don't think it is worth the money.
