Very tight. Slips off too easily because of tightness. Couldn't tell the beads did much. I've used better.

I have to agree that this product is NOT for guys with thicker dicks. I ordered it before the above reviews had come up with high expectations. The beads feel awesome BUT only if you can slip your cock more easily in and out. My cock's circumference is about 6^ halfway up and it was far too tight for me. However, try this out if your dick is average or less in thickness (e.g. more like 5^ maximum around)
