This thing can really ^suck^! It is a high quality pump that can pump the hell out of your cock. If you use it properly you can have alot of fun with it. Not sure if it has a lasting effect on your cock, but it does get damn big while being pumped.
The best suction I have ever experienced. Really pumps your penis up. Far superior to squeeze bulbs. Only thing is, the handle and the plastic knobs that the handle rests on, broke in half within the first month and now it's useless. Cheap plastic construction. If they fix the handle, then yes it would be worth the price, and you would have one awesome pumping machine. I'm tempted to order another one...
Works OK but the pump is made of low quality plastic. The handle broke after a short time.

I was curious about what a pump would do, and took a chance even though there were comments about the handle breaking, etc. Hey, the handle didn't move on mine, and wisely I didn't force it, and just got some pliers and carefully pulled the piston...and it freed up. The vinyl probably stuck to the cylinder during storage/shipping, and so the people who forced the handle probably fractured it. Now, as far as the pump, it did enlarge (temporarily), and I will try it carefully every so often and see what it does. I figure, if I am careful, and don't overdo it, I will encourage circulation and that can't be bad. I do wish the cylinder was longer, because at my almost 7^, and larger when pumped, I get REAL close to that suction hole, and I bet that would be very painful if I plugged it with the tip of my cock.
It worked pretty well for me... i was already at about 7 and a half and it added about an inch but it made the girth twice as big...im a lot ^fatter^ so to speak...but yeah it lasts like 24 hours but over time it seems to be working well...
