The slide switches are reasonably beefy. The Battery Compartment closure is secure. Many Vibes of this type have loose battery closers that come off during use. This one did not. The Fins of the dolphin are better than most higher priced items of this type to excite the clit.
This is a fantastic product. Battery life was much longer than I expected, and it takes AAs, not inconvenient Cs, which is nice. I have had mine for over 2 years, and it's worked like a charm, problem-free. When the batteries are rather low, devoting speed to the rotating pearl shaft will make the vibration lag a bit, but not a noticeable difference with fresh batteries. The 5 variable speeds for each feature is really fantastic. I highly recommend this product.
